The motion: ‘This House Believes The West has Failed Palestine.’ Following heckling from both sides and a scuffle in the gallery, the debate soon descends into chaos and promptly finishes as a man in the chamber starts shouting ‘Allahu Akbar’ at a Jewish student behind him.
